A successful Christmas Toy Drive for the children!

Bob Hurley Ford customers and employees rallied to bring hundreds of new, unwrapped toys to help make Christmas a little brighter for hundreds of boys or girls, said Randy Pierce, Quick Lane manager and one of the coordinators for the annual Toy Drive.

This was the sixth year that Bob Hurley Auto family employees and customers helped donate toys which are donated to a special Christmas toy giveaway held annually at the Reed Park and Community Center in west Tulsa. Area school counselors help designate underprivileged children in the Tulsa area that otherwise might not get any toys for Christmas if it weren’t for this Toy Drive.

Suzi Marcum, Reed Park manager, said the assistance from our store and our customers “has been a real blessing for the community.” Bob Hurley employees and other volunteers took more than 1,000 unwrapped toys to the center. The toys will be wrapped and distributed to the kids a Christmas party, featuring Santa Claus, which goes on over a two-day period Dec. 15th and 16th.
