Support the kids with a round of golf!

It’s time for the Third Annual Camp Lutherhoma Golf Tournament which is set for April 28th at the old Page Belcher Golf Course located at 6666 S. Union Ave in Tulsa.

Steven Jackson, tournament director, was enthusiastic about the tourney and its impact on local kids. “Bring your friends, set up a foursome or become a sponsor,” he said.

The tournament is open to the public and you may register by calling Jackson at 918-458-0704. The cost per participant is $80, or a foursome is $320, and there are other levels of sponsorship as well. Golfers may come at noon and the Scramble Shotgun Tournament begins at 1 pm. The event goes until 6 pm and there is a dinner banquet following the tournament play.

Jackson added, “We’re excited since this is the third year of sponsorship by Bob Hurley Ford. We’re able to offer a new Ford Fusion as the prize for the Hole-In-One Contest. So who knows, anyone could be a lucky winner!”

The day will be filled with golf from Camp Lutherhoma supporters and there will be other prizes and a raffle. The mission of Camp Lutherhoma, located near Tahlequah, is to nurture discipleship in Jesus Christ, in outdoor settings, which excite believers to share the love of Christ to the world. The camp offers a variety of activities throughout the summer to boy and girls from ages 7 to 18.
