As our vehicles become more and more technology laden, our goal is to ensure that our customers know and understand how to use the technology and to get the most benefits from it.

 

Initially Vincent will offer complimentary one-on-one consultations with any of our customers. In these informal meetings he will try to explain the systems so the customer can understand and learn to use it more effectively. Vincent will also create an on-going internet resource of articles about using technology. He will work with the on-going training of the sales staff to ensure they are better able to assist customers.

 

Vincent has worked with Bob Hurley Ford since before the opening of the store in October 2004. He has worked as a salesperson (in new car sales and internet sales) for four years and has worked as a customer relations manager for almost three years. He is a Ford certified salesperson, sales manager, customer relations manager, internet salesperson and in several other areas.
